OBITUARY   

Louise J. Reams

     Louise J. Reams, 70, of Powhatan, died July 7, 2003. She is survived by her husband, James N. Reams Sr.; five children, Judith C. Reams and her fiance, David Rigby, of Chesterfield, James N. Reams Jr. and his wife, Pam, of Powhatan, John Michael Reams of Washington D.C., Eva T. Reams of Powhatan, David E. Reams Sr. and his wife, Penny, of Powhatan; six grandchildren and two great-grandsons.
     Mrs. Reams was a member of Red Lane Baptist Church and worked 34 years for Powhatan County which from 1996 to 2000 she was the County Treasurer.

     The family will receive friends tonight from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy. (Rte. 60), Powhatan.

     Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Red Lane Baptist Church, Powhatan. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Red Lane Baptist Church Building Fund.
