Without a farewell you fell asleep,
With only memories of us to keep
A pleasant smile a heart of gold
No finer person this world could hold

Peacefully sleeping
Resting at last
The world's weary troubles
And trials are past

In silence he suffered
In patience he bore
Till God called him
Home to suffer no more.
