        Lucy Frances Harris, daughter of the late Sam Tinsley and Salina Booker was born in Tobaccoville, VA on July 17, 1919.

        At the age of 10 she was converted, baptized and joined Mt. Pero Baptist Church where her membership still remains.

        In 1936 she married the late Eugene Lee Harris.

        She leaves to cherish her memories 2 daughters, Robyn Harris of Richmond, VA and Crystal Palmore of Powhatan, VA; son-in-law, Kenneth Palmore; 4 grandchildren, Christopher Brown of Maryland, Erik Brown of Florida, Anthony Harris and Jermaine Harris of Suffolk, VA; 1 great grandchild, Camarion Kendae Scott; 1 sister, Estelle Goff of Baltimore; 1 daughter-in-law, Latisha Harris; devoted friends, Ms. Catherine Hipkins, Mr Harry Coy, Ms Lillie Tyler and other relatives and friends.
