        James Addison Salle, 80, of Powhatan, died June 17, 2010. He was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Tyler.

        Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Peggy; two daughters, Karen Zorn and Donna Koch (John), all of Maryland; three grandchildren, Katie Zorn and Christian and Schuyler Koch; two brothers Stephen Salle, of Georgia and Charles Salle, of Virginia Beach; one sister, Sherry Ross of Richmond; and his beloved dog, Sidney.

        His remains rested at the Huguenot Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, where the family received friends Monday. A memorial service was held Tuesday at Manakin Episcopal Church.
